If you’re looking for a simple, affordable way to level up your wellness routine, here’s one habit I swear by—starting my mornings with lemon water.
This isn’t just another health trend. Lemon water has been part of my daily ritual for years, and it continues to be one of the easiest things I do to feel energized, refreshed, and balanced—especially while juggling travel, work, and wellness goals.

So why lemon water?
Here are just a few reasons I drink it every morning—before coffee, before breakfast, and before diving into the day:
1. Hydration First Thing in the Morning
After hours of sleep, your body wakes up dehydrated. Lemon water helps replenish fluids first thing, supporting your brain, energy, and metabolism.

Drinking warm lemon water on an empty stomach can stimulate digestive enzymes, ease bloating, and help get things moving. It’s one of my favorite natural tools for gut health.

How I Make It
1/2 fresh lemon
Warm (not boiling) water
Optional: add a dash of cayenne, turmeric, or a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra benefits
Lemon water may seem like a small thing—but it’s a powerful foundation. It helps me show up better in every part of my life: on set, on the road, or just at home taking care of me.
